What can you add to this list? If you’re a bit like me than I’m sure you can add quite a few items!
By reminding yourself of perfectionistic thinking, you can examine your actions with a more flexible and far kinder mindset.
It doesn’t have to be perfect and neither do you.

I love this and so timely for me as I was just talking with a friend about this at brunch. I will print it out and give a copy to my beautiful daughter who has the Perfectionist gene.
I love to affirm for myself that “I am imperfectly perfect”. That may not resonate with others but it brings me a big smile and feeling of joy and peace :)
Thank you!
Thanks for the reminder. I struggle a lot with perfectionism and making sure everything goes perfect and I get frustrated when things go wrong. So thank you. :-)
What a beautiful reminder. Thank you for this today. I needed it. I feel so inadequate sometimes.
